Reviews and Ratings
I found this hostel to be quite disappointing, especially given the high price. The staff seemed nice but didn’t help with the issues we faced. The hut had serious pest problems, and the overall condition left much to be desired. However, the dinner was good, though the overall dining experience and limited food options were frustrating.
My stay at this hostel was quite disappointing. While the staff was pleasant and the food had potential, the conditions of the hut and the noise levels made it hard to enjoy. The remote location limited dining options, and overall, I felt we paid too much for what we received.
CasaGrande has a beautiful beach and offers a great vibe, but our experience was less than ideal. The rooms were small and not very clean, and the shared bathroom facilities could use significant improvement. While the food was decent, the long wait times and inconsistent service left us wanting more. On the positive side, it’s a hidden gem away from the crowds, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location offers a nice vibe, and the surfboards were available for rent right in front of the cabins, which was fantastic. However, the noise level from a party was overwhelming, and the food prices were really high for what was served. Overall, it was enjoyable but not without its hiccups.
I discovered a true gem at Casa Grande, located just outside Parque Tayrona. The beach is absolutely stunning and felt almost deserted during my weekday visit, allowing for a perfect day of relaxation. However, the service left much to be desired; long waits for food and staff that could be more attentive dampened the experience a bit. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet beach spot and can overlook some service flaws, this place is worth a visit.
